Bayview Seniors Community: Brand, Marketing & Community Launch

Bayview Seniors Community is a long-term care and memory care residence built around compassionate, dignified, and relationship-centred care. I led the brand, marketing, and launch strategy from pre-opening through occupancy, supporting the transition from construction to an active, welcoming community.

My work spanned brand development, website UX, SEO, and lead-generation strategy, digital and social marketing, community outreach, event planning, and communications across multiple stakeholder groups—including families, healthcare partners, local government, and media. I designed and launched the community website with a strong focus on clarity, trust, and conversion, implementing custom contact and tour-booking workflows that routed inquiries appropriately and helped the sales team assess urgency and referral sources. This work was complemented by high-profile initiatives such as a VIP ribbon-cutting event, press coordination, and public communications.

The result was a cohesive brand and digital presence that balanced sensitivity, trust, and operational clarity—supporting families through complex care decisions while establishing Bayview as a credible, community-integrated care provider.
