SureWerx, one of Canada’s largest suppliers of professional tools, equipment and safety products, needed to modernize its digital experience and support a complex catalogue of more than 45,000 SKUs.

I led the UX/UI design of the responsive e-commerce platform, translating complex business and user requirements into intuitive flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Working closely with stakeholders and developers through Agile sprints, I designed scalable experiences that simplified product discovery and supported complex B2B purchasing needs.

I also created reusable page templates, UI components and a comprehensive style guide to establish consistency across the platform and support future growth. Throughout the project, I presented and defended design decisions with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, balancing user needs, business objectives and technical requirements.
