SureWerx: Transforming a Legacy Brand into a Modern Digital Experience

SureWerx, one of Canada’s largest suppliers of professional tools, equipment, and safety products, was ready to evolve its long-standing reputation into the digital era. Formerly known as JET Group, the company had a strong foundation in traditional industries but recognized the need for a more modern, user-friendly e-commerce experience to better serve distributors and end users.

I led the UX and UI design for their new responsive platform, an extensive catalogue of over 45,000 SKUs designed to simplify complex B2B purchasing workflows. Working closely with stakeholders and developers in Agile sprints, I created intuitive user flows, interactive wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that elevated both usability and brand perception.

To ensure scalability and consistency, I also developed a comprehensive design system and reusable UI components, setting the groundwork for future digital growth. The result was a seamless, visually cohesive platform that modernized the SureWerx brand and empowered users to find, compare, and purchase with ease.
